I'm a versatile professional with a background in instructional design, project leadership, and customer service. As a Language & Cross-Cultural Instructor at the Philippines Missionary Training Center, I've developed and delivered training programs for 60–120 learners at a time, driving measurable improvements in assessment scores and training completion rates through structured coaching and curriculum refinement. I've also led cross-functional teams as a Project Manager, coordinating multiple concurrent workshop sessions and ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery.
Earlier in my career, I honed my client relations and problem-solving skills as a Customer Service Associate at Sutherland Global Services, where I consistently exceeded first-contact resolution targets and improved customer retention through proactive account management. I also bring several years of teaching experience through my role as an S&I Teacher, where I developed lesson plans and mentored youth and young adults.
