Property Manager

I am Lucky G. Ponclara, a Mechanical Engineering Graduate and have passed the Registered Mechanical Engineer Licensure Exam last September 2015.

I have experience in both technical and managerial aspects.
My technical strength comes from my experience during my stay at Concepcion-Carrier Airconditioning Company and Power Systems Inc wherein I had gained knowledge in HVAC and Gensets.

I have been in the managerial role since 2021. I have experience in commercial leasing during my stay at Del Rio Realty and further expanded my management skills at Globalland Property Management Inc. handling vertical operations or property management on the residential field.

I am currently the Facilities Manager for Riverside Medical Center Inc., responsible for the general upkeep of the whole facility and day to day operations of the general services like housekeeping, linen and laundry, messengerial, fleet management, waste management and facility maintenance coordination.
