Hi, I'm Allen, from the Philippines. I want to work online and change careers, so I'm interested in becoming a virtual assistant. Even though I don't have any prior virtual office experience, if you hire me, I'll be willing to learn new skills. I'm resourceful because I can function under pressure and still perform. If the existing approach is unsuitable, I'm quick to find alternatives. At the same time, I support my team members' confidence by attending to their complaints and advising them to take breaks as needed.
Being resourceful and motivating for my team allows us to accomplish our objectives and modify them so we don't reach a growth peak.

My career has molded me to coordinate daily customer service operations. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction; respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints; regularly review product quality; organize and supervise shifts; appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity; estimate future needs for goods; ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations; manage the good image and suggest ways to improve.
