Professional Summary

I build the systems that turn missed calls and cold leads into booked jobs for service businesses. Working with Australian cleaning and property-maintenance companies, I design and ship CRM and marketing automation on GoHighLevel and Zoho — lead-capture funnels, follow-up workflows, calendars, pipelines, and AI receptionists that answer and book jobs after hours. I handle the infrastructure behind them too: Cloudflare DNS, Workers, and secure hosting that keeps client sites fast and reliable. What sets me apart from most no-code freelancers is that I actually code — custom API and webhook integrations, Cloudflare Workers, and MCP servers that let AI assistants act directly on a client's tools, going well beyond what drag-and-drop builders allow. I work as a technical partner, not just a task-taker, delivering one-time builds plus ongoing retainer support. Every system I build ties back to one outcome: more booked work, faster follow-up, and less manual effort for the owner.
