I build automation systems for small medium businesses that stop money from leaking out. Missed leads, no-show appointments, follow-ups that never happen.
I work in n8n, Make, Zapier, and GoHighLevel, with AI wired into the actual workflow instead of bolted on as a chatbot. I run my own self-hosted n8n in production, so this is hands-on and not theory.
Before automation I spent 5 years in finance operations, where a missed step costs real money. So I map how a process actually runs, handle the edge cases, and make sure it doesn't break silently at 2am.
A few things I've built (demos on sample data): a 24/7 AI front-desk for dental clinics that answers patient questions and books appointments, a lead capture and routing system for contractors, and an automated weekly revenue digest for local service businesses.
