My main task is to monitor inventory of vehicle parts and accessories. Facilitate the physical count and match it with the system count. I am also responsible in auditing expense reports of revolving funds from different branches. Also, i checked accounting documents like job orders, purchase orders, sales invoices and receipts before submitting it to the Accounting Department for recording.
