Electrical Design Engineer

- Designs subtransmission line network for Meralco's New and Existing 115kV-34.5kV and 69kV-13.8k GIS and Conventional Substations.

- Conducts site visit to inspect viable location for proposed steel & concrete poles

- Comes up with design schemes including sub-transmission line (STL) assets to cater system requirements, site conditions, budget & permit acquisition constraints, and other challenges and implementation constraints to ensure delivery of the project.

- Conducts feasibility study

- Employs smart design of electrical systems for residential, commercial establishments, and industrial plants which adheres to customers needs and preferences.

- Conducts electrical system audits and provides as-built designs in order to determine appropriate adjustment on the electric system in response to any additional equipments/loads due to load growth.

- Conducts adequate and cost-effective sizing of cable (line & ground) and sizing of overcurrent protection devices.
