We handle transaction files from LGUs listing qualified farmers for vouchers. After distributing the vouchers, merchants send us lists of collected vouchers, which we then liquidate and pay. We scan the vouchers as proof of liquidation. In RSBSA, we randomly verify that the documents from farmers match the system data to ensure accuracy.
