I help businesses solve missed leads, slow follow-ups, poor tracking, duplicate records, incomplete data, manual tasks, broken handoffs, and unclear ownership. I identify process gaps, decide what should be automated, and build systems that are easier to manage and scale.
My process starts with understanding how the business operates, mapping the customer journey, designing the CRM, building and testing automations, documenting the system, and preparing it for launch.
