The overview of my job is to ensure all products of NCR are installed properly through coordinating with our customer. Under this, I manage the deliveries by creating service request, assigning and contacting technicians who will do the installation, informing the customer (Walmart) about the installation, monitor the shipment of our product, and assist during the installation date.
