Bookkeeper/ Accounts Receivable Specialist

My name is Rhodalyn Guinto, and I have over 15 years of experience in accounts receivable and bookkeeping. Throughout my career, I have worked with companies in different industries, where I developed strong expertise in managing accounts receivable, cash application, collections, account reconciliations, billing, invoicing, and month-end closing activities.
As a Bookkeeper, I have been responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing journal entries and reconciling bank accounts. I am highly detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all financial transactions.
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, I have extensive experience monitoring customer accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, following up on overdue invoices professionally, applying customer payments accurately, and maintaining positive relationships with clients while improving collection performance. I also lead a project wherein I streamline and automate our process.
