I used to work in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and our client was Virgin Mobile, a telecommunications company based in UK. I handled various concerns of our customers on their subscription in Virgin Mobile such as billing, sales, and technical support, and others. We make sure they are happy with our service. That kind of customer service is my foundation in dealing with my clients now.
