I explore the world of freelancing and go a position as Medical Virtual Assistant . I mainly taking inbound calls to schedule and appointment and outbound calls to confirm. I maintain and organize electronic medical records ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the medical team. I communicate with patients via phone calls, providing necessary information and instruction as directed by healthcare providers. I accurately input and update patients information, medical histories, treatment plans to Electronic Health Records.
I have a strong communication skills both written and verbal. I can manage my time and have strong organizational skills.
