Hi, I’m Jerome. I’ve worked remotely with US and international businesses since 2019. For the last three years I ran front-line customer support for Flow60, Mike Chang’s health and wellness coaching brand, across email, WhatsApp, Skool and Telegram. I handled login issues, billing, refunds and cancellations (keeping customers when it made sense), commission payouts reconciled against Stripe, and the Skool community.

I also like making the work faster. I built a Telegram bot that replaced a paid tool, AI reply drafters for support, and GoHighLevel automations to sort a large lead backlog.

Before that I managed Shopify stores, did product research, ran Facebook Ads, and set up Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
