Coming from a strong background with approximately 16 years of experience in customer service, I developed a strong skill set and deep industry knowledge. Initially, I started as a trained and certified Team Leader for chat support of eBay and eBay Stores, whereby I had developed leadership and client interaction skills. Also, I worked as a travel agent and was skilled in using the SABRE tool.
I have studied Accountancy as my degree and a very short stint as an accountant in a pharmaceutical company. For nine years now, I am in general insurance. My past roles here have been Policy Underwriter Specialist, Senior Support, and Administrative Assistant. Currently, I am working as a Back Office Business Support Analyst.
I have been exposed to many tools and systems, such as Salesforce, CMS, Guidewire, Greenscreen, and Oracle Fusion. With such a varied background and a long stint, I am equipped to be versatile and knowledgeable about customer service and the insurance domain.
