Following up and confirming booked meetings in the calendar
Call leads and explore whether they are selling their properties
If their property is in the market and getting details of the property
If qualified, booking them a meeting with the investor
Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues
that require escalation beyond regular agents.
Review and resolve high-priority or complex customer
complaints or issues.
Ensure timely and appropriate resolutions for escalated
cases to prevent customer dissatisfaction.
Investigate the root cause of the customer’s issue and
work with the relevant teams to identify solutions.
