I was working for a Telco Account (Straighttalk Wireless and Walmart Family Mobile). I was in charge in Phone programming, Activation, and Technical Troubleshooting. I was promoted in Escalation department wherein I had enough technical tools to further assist our customers to achieve growth and retention.
