I work as an Operations and Automation Specialist supporting founders and digital marketing agencies. My focus is building and maintaining the systems that keep a business running, CRM architecture, workflow automation, lead management, and the day-to-day infrastructure that lets business owners focus on growth instead of manual operations.

I currently handle CRM setup, pipeline design, workflow automation, and full daily operations inside GoHighLevel for a digital marketing agency running multiple business units. This includes building automations for lead nurture and follow-up, SMS compliance (A2P 10DLC registration), AI-powered chat and voice systems, and recurring account audits that catch issues before they become client-facing problems. I also use n8n for automation and integrations GoHighLevel can't handle natively, and manage projects through ClickUp and Google Workspace.
