WordPress with HubSpot integration

Build and refine Soul Trak Outdoors’ HubSpot CRM as the central system for managing participant, community, donor, partner, and engagement data. The project will focus on organizing existing contact records, creating clear properties and segmentation, establishing workflows for program registration and follow-up, integrating Eventbrite and website forms, and improving how participant history and engagement are tracked over time. The goal is to create a simple, reliable CRM structure that reduces manual work, supports staff coordination, and gives Soul Trak a clearer view of each person’s relationship with the organization.

This project should also document the core processes staff will use so that HubSpot becomes a consistent organizational system rather than something dependent on one person’s knowledge.
