Web Content Associate

We’re looking for Web Content Associates to help create and redesign WordPress websites for our clients. We provide the underlying design system, templates, custom blocks, and tools. Within this system, you need to find ways to effectively present each dealer’s story and their products, services, information, and story.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and redesign WordPress pages using the native Gutenberg editor and Dealer Lux’s in-house blocks, templates, and tools.
• Research clients using their existing websites, social media, LinkedIn, manufacturer resources, and other reliable sources when information or assets are limited.
• Use AI tools to assist with content creation while reviewing output for accuracy, relevance, and tone.
• Complete internal and client-requested revisions accurately and on time.
• Manage multiple websites and revision requests at different stages of production.
• Clearly communicate progress, questions, roadblocks, and potential delays clearly and proactively.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience in website development on the WordPress platform, content management, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate project requirements and updates effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple aspects of a project or handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to take incomplete or disorganized information and turn it into a clear, well-structured website.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of meeting strict deadlines while maintaining quality work.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude, capable of adapting to changing project requirements.
• Experience with basic launch tracking, data entry processes, and image editing would be advantageous.

COMPENSATION AND WORK ARRANGEMENT
• $600-$800 USD per month depending on experience
• Full-time contractor remote position based in the Philippines
• Paid every two weeks through Wise

• Clockify for time tracking. No screenshot or screen-recording monitoring
