Virtual Assistant / Client Funding Coordinator

Avenlo Funding is seeking a reliable and highly organized Virtual Assistant / Client Funding Coordinator to support clients throughout the business funding process.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client applications efficiently.
All leads are provided. No lead generation or cold prospecting is required.
Responsibilities
Contact new and existing clients via phone, email, and SMS.
Follow up with clients throughout the funding process.
Assist clients with completing funding applications.
Request and track missing documents and information.
Monitor application and funding statuses.
Respond to client inquiries and provide updates.
Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and pipeline stages.
Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups.
Communicate with the team regarding application progress.
Assist with social media content using AI tools and Canva when needed.
Compensation & Performance Bonuses
In addition to the fixed monthly compensation of $600 USD, performance bonuses are available based on successfully funded clients.
1–4 funded clients per month: $100 per funded client.
5–8 funded clients per month: $125 per funded client.
9–12 funded clients per month: $150 per funded client.
13+ funded clients per month: $175 per funded client.
Bonuses are calculated per successfully funded client and paid after Avenlo Funding receives its commission.
Performance bonuses are not guaranteed and depend on successfully funded clients.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English.
Previous experience in customer service, client coordination, or administrative support.
Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based clients by phone.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience using CRM systems.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Preferred but not required:
Experience in business funding, lending, or financial services.
Experience with AI tools, Canva, or social media management.
