Customer calls & communication
Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers.
Make outbound calls to new leads and follow up enquiries.
Contact customers who have requested quotes but haven't yet booked.
Confirm booking details with customers.
Answer basic questions about our services, pricing and availability.
Follow up customers after their move where required.
Communicate professionally with customers via phone, SMS and CRM.
Job coordination
Coordinate daily removal jobs with our removalist teams.
Make sure the team has the correct:
Customer name and contact details
Pickup and delivery addresses
Date and arrival time
Number of bedrooms/items
Special requirements
Access information
Heavy or difficult items
Make sure the removalists have all relevant information before attending a job.
Contact customers and teams if there are changes or delays.
Help reorganize the schedule when jobs run longer or circumstances change.
Team coordination
Communicate with our drivers and removalists throughout the day.
Confirm that teams know where they need to be and when.
Check that jobs are progressing as scheduled.
Follow up with the team when a job is completed.
Escalate problems to management when necessary.
Help coordinate Truck 1 and Truck 2 schedules.
CRM & administration
Keep our CRM/HighLevel system up to date.
Move leads through the correct stages.
Update customer information.
Record call notes and important job information.
Make sure booked jobs contain all necessary information.
Send or assist with invoices, payment links and booking information where required.
Maintain accurate job records.
What we're looking for

Excellent at communicating in English
Confident speaking with Australian customers over the phone
Comfortable making outbound calls
Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do
Good at multitasking
Able to stay calm when things become busy
Very reliable and punctual
Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
Quick to learn new software
Able to communicate effectively with a team
Detail-oriented and good at following procedures
Experience
Experience in any of the following would be highly valuable:
Virtual assistance
Customer service
Call center
Dispatch/operations
Logistics
Moving/removalist companies
Transport
Scheduling
HighLevel/GoHighLevel
CRM systems
Australian businesses
Removalist or logistics experience is not essential. We are happy to train the right person.
Important
This isn't a role where you simply sit and answer emails.
We need someone who will take ownership of the daily operations, communicate with customers and our removalist teams, identify problems before they become bigger problems, and make sure jobs are organized properly.
You should be comfortable picking up the phone and saying:
"I'll take care of it."
Working hours
The role will primarily work during Perth, Western Australia business hours, including the period when our removalist teams are operating.
The successful applicant must be able to reliably work Australian Perth time.
