Creator Recruitment, Briefing & Analytics
Remote | A$1,500 monthly base | Proposed full time at 40 hours per week | Long-term role
The base is A$1,500 per month. This portal's required USD hourly field is an indicative US$6.07, calculated at 40 hours per week using the RBA reference of 21 October 2026; the agreed monthly base remains A$1,500.
MINA is a voice AI companion for older people, focused on conversation and keeping families connected.
We are building MINA’s creator programme from the ground up and want someone who can manage it, working directly with founder Boris Gefter.
You will find creators who already talk about caring for their mum, dad, grandparents or other older relatives. The aim is to recruit 20–50 creator households across suitable markets. We will begin with a small pilot and offer six months of agreed MINA access, with the possibility of extending it to twelve months through actual participation.
What you will own
• Research and approach relevant creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other suitable channels. Check their content, communication and fit; large followings are optional.
• Negotiate clear offers and manage the process from first contact to onboarding, genuine household use, content delivery and ongoing participation.
• Write concise briefs with useful hooks, believable demonstrations, clear calls to action and practical filming instructions. Review assets and give specific feedback.
• Maintain the creator database, deadlines, agreements, permissions, asset library and next actions. Schedule feedback sessions with Boris and route product issues promptly.
• Track creator activity and campaign results. Connect links and creative assets to installs, trials where offered, paid subscriptions and retention. Explain what the data can and cannot show.
What you need
• Preferably 3+ years of relevant experience and evidence of a sustained employer or client relationship lasting at least two years. Explain shorter engagements in context.
• A portfolio showing creator recruitment, campaign briefs or UGC campaigns you personally managed, with measurable outcomes where available.
• Working knowledge of direct-response creative, conversion metrics and spreadsheets; actual experience using an MMP such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or Branch. Engineering will implement SDK changes.
• Clear written and spoken English, reliable follow-through, good judgement and confidence managing several creator relationships at once.
How we work
We are hiring someone based in the Philippines. If you are an experienced fractional operator, state the hours you can commit at the advertised budget. We will agree working hours and Sydney overlap before appointment. Approved programme costs are handled separately from your base pay.
Apply with your CV, LinkedIn profile, relevant portfolio and answers to every question below. Shortlisted applicants may be invited to a paid 90-minute practical exercise. We are looking for specific evidence of what you have done. Client details may be anonymised.
Application questions
Please answer all ten questions in order. Applications with missing answers will not be reviewed. A CV or portfolio alone is incomplete. If you have no experience in an area, say so. Keep answers concise and link to supporting examples.
1. Is A$1,500 per month acceptable for the proposed 40-hour week? State your current location, time zone, Sydney overlap, notice period and earliest start date. If applying on a fractional basis, state the hours you can commit at that budget.
2. List your two longest relevant employer or client relationships, with start and end month/year, role and whether each was employment or a freelance retainer. What did you personally own?
3. Describe one creator programme you managed. Over what period, how many creators did you approach, sign, activate and retain, and how many usable assets were delivered? State which parts you owned.
4. Share two examples of creator content you briefed or managed. Explain the hook, audience, product demonstration, objection handled and call to action. Include conversion results you can substantiate.
5. How would you find creators who already talk publicly about caring for an older parent or grandparent and could use MINA with their family?
a) Name the first two platforms or public communities you would search. Give 3–5 exact search phrases or hashtags and explain how you would narrow the results by country, language or care context.
b) Explain the steps from finding a relevant post to locating the creator’s profile and published business-contact or DM route.
c) How would you check family-care relevance, content quality, genuine household interest and responsiveness? Explain what you can assess before contact and what you would confirm through replies and follow-through.
Keep your answer to about 150 words. Use previous work where helpful.
6. Share an anonymised example of an outreach message you previously wrote for a creator campaign. Describe a past fee negotiation: what the creator requested, how you responded and the outcome. Use existing work; no new MINA outreach copy is required.
7. Which MMPs and analytics products have you actually used, including AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch or GA4? For each, explain what you did and describe one campaign or event report you worked with.
8. How would you measure the path from a creator link to install, trial where offered, paid subscription and retained use? What could attribution miss? How would you exclude gifted creator households from paid acquisition results?
9. Show an anonymised tracker or describe the fields and weekly routine you would use to manage 50 creators, onboarding, usage, briefs, rights, deadlines and follow-ups.
10. Tell us about a creator campaign that underperformed or missed a deadline. What did the data or conversations reveal, what did you change and what happened next?
