Trademark & Intellectual Property Administrative Assistant – Immediate Hire
Leverage Ops, powered by AI, is looking for an experienced Trademark & Intellectual Property Administrative Assistant to support our growing portfolio of business brands, proprietary training programs, digital products, and course materials.
We are looking for someone who already has hands-on experience with U.S. trademark and USPTO processes and can confidently handle the administrative side of intellectual-property protection and organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with U.S. trademark searches and application preparation
- Navigate USPTO systems and monitor application status
- Track deadlines, renewals, correspondence, and required documentation
- Organize trademark and intellectual-property records
- Assist with copyright registration administration
- Maintain records related to course ownership, licensing, and proprietary materials
- Prepare and organize supporting documents for filings
- Provide management with clear updates, next steps, and outstanding requirements
- Maintain accurate and confidential IP records
Requirements:
- Prior hands-on experience with U.S. trademarks and USPTO procedures
- Familiarity with trademark applications, office correspondence, renewals, and status tracking
- Copyright or other intellectual-property administrative experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent written communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Immediate availability preferred
