Tax Resolution Case Manager / Paralegal (Remote – Philippines)

Our U.S.‑based Tax Resolution Law Firm is seeking a Case Manager or Paralegal with experience supporting tax resolution cases. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience preparing IRS financial statements, such as Form 433‑A or Form 433‑F, and understands how to gather, analyze, and organize financial documents for IRS collections cases.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly, and can manage clients who are often very stressed or overwhelmed by tax problems.

**Key Responsibilities**

📌 IRS Financial Statement Preparation (Primary Duty)
- Prepare Form 433‑A, Form 433‑F, and supporting financial documentation.
- Review and analyze bank statements, pay stubs, credit card statements, P&Ls, and expense records.
- Build accurate monthly income/expense summaries and asset/liability profiles.
- Identify missing documents and follow up with clients to complete financial packages.
- Assist in preparing submissions for:
- Installment Agreements
- Currently Not Collectible (CNC)
- Offers in Compromise (OIC)
- Penalty Abatement

**Required Qualifications**
**Experience completing IRS Form 433‑A or 433‑F is strongly preferred.**
- Background in one of the following: tax resolution, bankruptcy, accounting, bookkeeping, or IRS collections.
- Strong understanding of personal and business financial statements.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
-Proficient with Logics case management software is prefered.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working for a **tax resolution firm**, CPA, or tax attorney.
- Ability to prepare basic profit & loss statements for small businesses.
- Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.

## **Compensation**
This is a contract remote position based in the Philippines. But it can turn into full time employment along with a promotion.

Pay is $2000/month
