Sourcing Specialist (Talent Sourcing)

Your Role & Contract
Contract type: Independent Contractor
Full-time
Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time (Graveyard) — aligns with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST for the client
Saturdays and Sundays Off

What you'll be doing:
Sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
Screening applicants against real role requirements — you're the first real filter, not a formality.
Keeping a clean, accurate candidate pipeline that the whole team can trust.
Tracking and reporting on what's actually working in sourcing — response rates, source quality, time-to-shortlist.
Supporting our Employee Referral Program.
Making sure every candidate — hired or not — has a respectful, timely experience with Yokly.

What we're looking for:
1–2 years in candidate sourcing, recruiting support, or talent acquisition.
Comfortable with high-volume work and real data tracking, not loose spreadsheets.
Strong written English and genuine care for candidate experience.
Night-shift experience is a plus — not required. We'd rather talk with you about whether this schedule actually works for your life than screen you out on paper.
