Bristow & Hardy is a UK digital marketing agency that specialises in recruitment marketing. We help recruitment agencies and in-house recruitment teams build their brand, attract candidates and win new business.
We're looking for a Social Media Executive to help create and deliver social media content for our recruitment clients. You'll work closely with our UK team, following content plans while bringing your own ideas to improve how posts perform.
We're happy for you to use AI tools for research and ideas, but we don't want content that has clearly been created by AI. Our clients need copy that speaks directly to their audience and designs that feel original, so posts don't read like every other company using AI to write the whole thing. Please keep this in mind for the task below.
Please send a few examples of social media content you've created, and the completed task below to .
Please create one LinkedIn post for Elevate Hospitality Staffing, a made-up client, about booking temporary hospitality staff ahead of a busy bank holiday or event period.
About the client: Elevate Hospitality Staffing provides temporary and relief hospitality staff across Northern Ireland. They support bars, restaurants, hotels, venues and events with reliable cover during busy periods, seasonal peaks and last-minute staff shortages.
Target audience: Hospitality business owners and operations, general, event, hotel, restaurant and bar managers across Northern Ireland.
Please include:
Brand guidance: Use the company name as a wordmark logo, with navy, cream and warm gold as brand colours and a clean, modern font. The style should be polished and hospitality-focused, with imagery of hotels, restaurants, events, service teams or busy venues.
What we'll be looking at: How well you understand the audience, how natural your copy reads, whether the design suits the hospitality sector, what you choose to put in the caption versus the graphic, and your attention to detail.
Please send a few examples of social media content you've created, and the completed task to .
