ABOUT GLELLO
Glello creates customised kids’ parties in Singapore, filled with hands-on activities, colourful setups and moments worth capturing.
We’re looking for a creative, organised person to turn our party footage into content parents love and support the preparations behind our events.
You’ll work directly with the founder, contribute your own ideas and take ownership of keeping our content calendar moving. We provide a steady stream of real party footage, so you’ll have plenty of material to work with.
PAY AND WORKING ARRANGEMENT
• Monthly base pay: ₱45,000–60,000, depending on skills and experience
• Approximately US$715–950/month; USD equivalent varies with exchange rates
• Fully remote, working from the Philippines
• Full-time: 40 working hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm Philippine/Singapore time (UTC+8), including a one-hour break
• Long-term role requiring an exclusive full-time commitment
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Your main focus will be social content planning and creation:
• Propose content ideas and prepare briefs for founder approval
• Edit Reels and other short-form videos
• Write natural, engaging captions
• Schedule and publish approved content
• Monitor performance and suggest what to improve or try next
You’ll also support our party preparation workflows:
• Create simple personalised designs using templates and brand guidance
• Communicate with parents to gather preferences and references
• Help source and order party supplies within approved budgets
• Keep party information, files and related administrative tasks organised
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• A Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines
• Strong short-form video editing skills, with examples showing good hooks, pacing and captions
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Confidence using digital tools, organising files and learning new software
• Reliability and ownership: you follow through and flag issues early
• Willingness to ask questions, take feedback and apply what you learn
• Interest in growing with Glello over the long term
Experience with Canva, content calendars and customer coordination is helpful. Previous events experience is not required. We’ll teach you our party processes.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
• Regular party footage to work with
• Direct collaboration with the founder and constructive feedback
• Room to contribute ideas and take on more responsibility
• Opportunities for salary progression and performance bonuses as your skills and responsibilities grow
• Potential to train others and move into leadership as the business expands
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
You’ll need your own laptop or desktop capable of editing short-form videos, reliable internet, and a working webcam and microphone.
HOW TO APPLY
Please apply through our website form:
Have your résumé and portfolio ready, including examples of short-form videos you’ve edited. Please complete the website application rather than sending your résumé through platform messages.
We’ll review your application and reach out if you’re selected for the next steps.
