Senior Marketing Manager Remote (MKT-SR)

Remote Senior Marketing Manager (Instagram, Email & SMS, Shopify, DTC Ads) - Full-Time

Pay: US$900-1,400/month, set by experience and location (top of range for more experienced people). Paid trial of 2-4 weeks at US$225/week. Full-time, long-term remote role, not project-based or freelance.

Hours: Remote, full-time (about 40 hours a week), with 3-4 hours overlap with Eastern Time (Canada) every weekday.

About us: Growing health and supplement brand in Canada, moving from Amazon to our own online store. Small, fast team; you work directly with the founder.

What you'll do:

- Instagram: own content plan and growth, Reels, creator/UGC collabs

- Email/SMS: own Klaviyo flows and campaigns, SMS flows, grow the lists

- Shopify: run the store, conversion tests on pages, offers, bundles

- DTC ads: Meta and TikTok angles, copy, briefs, tests, results

- AI: daily AI workflows and automations

- Lead: own the marketing calendar, guide our Marketing Manager

- Weekly report and monthly review

Requirements:

- 3+ years marketing a consumer product brand online (DTC / e-commerce)

- Built Klaviyo (or similar) flows and campaigns with revenue results you can show

- Instagram growth you can show; hands-on Shopify admin and conversion testing

- Heavy daily use of AI tools; strong written English (required)

- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Shopify and Klaviyo reports; reliable computer, internet and power backup

Not for part-time, short-project or second-job seekers.
