Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally organized, high-performing Sales/Service Virtual Assistant & EA to C-Level leadership. This dual-impact role combines executive-level administrative assistance with customer service and multi-channel sales execution.
Compensation & Growth Path
- Base Pay: $2.50 / hour
- Appointment Bonus: $50 for every shown appointment set
- Sales Commission: 10% on closed sales (average ticket is $3,000, yielding a $300 commission per sale)
- Pay Frequency: Paid weekly
- Trial Period: Must be willing to complete an unpaid 5-hour/week probationary trial period to evaluate mutual fit before scaling up to full-time.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level Virtual Assistant and EA support directly to C-level leadership in a fast-paced AI startup environment.
- Handle customer service interactions with high responsiveness and executive professionalism.
- Conduct active sales outreach across voice (calls), SMS, CRM tools, and social platforms.
- Qualify inbound/outbound leads, set appointments, and convert high-ticket sales.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Executive Experience: Direct background working as an Executive Assistant (EA) to C-level executives. (Industry background is open/flexible).
- Sales & Customer Service Background: Strong customer service foundation combined with "rockstar" multi-channel abilities across CRM, voice calls, SMS, and social selling.
- Language Skills: Spanish bilingual capability is a strong plus (bonus points).
Technical & Workstation Requirements
- Hardware: Reliable modern desktop or laptop setup with a professional headset (zero IT issues).
- Network & Power: Fast internet connection with stable power grid; must have backup power and backup internet if located in an area subject to flooding or outages.
