DRSG Building Works & Solutions is a Singapore-based service company specialising in professional door repair, replacement, and installation works. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include gypsum partition works, office room dividers, manager room setups, and glass panel installations for both residential and commercial clients. We are committed to fast response times, transparent pricing, and reliable workmanship trusted by homeowners, SMEs, and corporate clients across Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Administration (Most Frequent)
- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp and email
- Coordinate and schedule installation dates and timings
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest in our services
- Prepare and issue quotations and invoices
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, sales, and payments
- Support basic office administrative tasks
- Sales & Marketing
- Identify new potential customers and introduce our services
- Handle simple social media postings (basic content uploads)

Position Details:

- Permanent full-time role (Willing to Commit Long Term)
- 3 - month probation & training period
- Compensation: Salary 24,000 Pesos
- Opportunities for long-term growth and career development
- Having sales experience in glass, construction, or renovation works is a bonus.
