Job description:

DMD Real Estate Marketing is a US real estate photography and marketing company. We shoot listings for agents and deliver the photos, videos, and marketing material they use to sell them. We're adding a full-time video editor in the Philippines to our team.

You'll take raw interior, exterior, and drone footage from our photographers and produce the finished listing videos and the vertical social cuts that go with them.

Responsibilities

Edit cinematic real estate listing tours
Cut vertical versions for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Edit drone footage
Colour grade for bright, consistent, true-to-life interiors
Use AI editing tools where they speed up the work

Requirements

Real estate video editing experience, with a portfolio
Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
Drone footage editing
Colour grading
Vertical social edits
AI editing tools
Your own fast machine capable of processing high quality footage
Able to work an 8-hour shift falling within 12NN to 2AM PHT, consistently
