SECN is looking for one organised, proactive recruiter to find eligible TikTok LIVE creators and help them join our Creator Network.

Your responsibilities

Find prospective TikTok LIVE creators in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Gibraltar and Malta.

Screen prospects against SECN’s eligibility requirements.

Send personalised outreach using approved messages.

Explain SECN’s support and answer basic joining questions.

Follow up with interested creators and assist with official onboarding.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and submit a weekly progress report.

What we’re looking for

Clear written and spoken English.

Confidence communicating with creators online.

Recruitment, lead generation, sales, outreach or virtual assistant experience.

Familiarity with TikTok LIVE, or willingness to learn.

Ability to use Google Forms and Google Sheets.

Honest communication, reliable follow-up and accurate record keeping.

You may work remotely from outside SECN’s territories, but the creators you recruit must be eligible within the seven locations listed above.

Pilot scope and payment

The guaranteed GBP £120 retainer covers 20 working hours over the 30-day pilot. You can schedule those hours flexibly. Creator searches, outreach, follow-ups, onboarding assistance and weekly reporting all count towards the 20 hours. Additional hours require prior agreement.

The USD hourly rate displayed on this listing is an approximate equivalent. The agreed pilot retainer is denominated in GBP.

Performance bonuses are additional to the retainer and depend on verified results under written terms agreed before starting.

Our initial recruitment goal is 20 successfully onboarded creators. This is an ambition to test during the pilot, not a condition for receiving the guaranteed retainer for completing the agreed work.

No misleading earnings promises, spam or attempts to bypass creator eligibility requirements are permitted.

We will review completed work, creator onboarding and activity after 30 days before deciding whether to continue. The pilot does not automatically renew.
