Remote Sales Representative – Cold Calling & Closing

ABOUT THE ROLE

Titan Elevation is looking for motivated sales representatives to help us sell professional websites and digital solutions to businesses across the United States.

This is not just an appointment-setting position. You will work prospects through the full sales process — from the initial cold call through follow-up, presenting our solutions, handling objections, and closing the sale.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Make outbound calls to U.S. businesses using leads we provide
• Follow our sales process and training
• Learn about each prospect’s needs and present our solutions
• Present website examples and demos when appropriate
• Handle objections and follow up with interested prospects
• Work prospects through the sales process and close sales
• Keep call results, notes, and follow-ups updated in our sales system

You focus on selling. Our team handles the development and fulfillment.

COMPENSATION

• $3 USD/hour starting base pay
• 10% commission on collected sales
• Uncapped commission
• Approximately 20 hours per week to start
• Opportunity for additional hours and responsibility based on performance

REQUIREMENTS

• Good spoken English
• Clear and professional communication
• Comfortable making outbound cold calls
• Comfortable speaking with U.S. businesses
• Reliable internet connection
• Laptop or desktop computer
• Quality headset/microphone
• Able to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
• Reliable and consistent
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Organized with follow-ups
• Motivated by performance and commission

Previous sales, cold-calling, call-center, or customer-service experience is helpful but NOT required. We are willing to train the right person.
