Fast paced Pontiac based title company looking for experienced Title Pre-Processor/Final Policy to join our growing team. A successful applicant must exhibit comprehensive knowledge in clearing title.

MUST HAVE MINIMUM 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH PREPROCESSING. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK HEAVY VOLUME OF FILES
Well organized person with a strong work ethic and desire to provide our clients with an exceptional closing experience.

Job Summary / Requirements:

Order Payoffs, Clearing Title, Verify all title requirements are cleared. (clear if necessary)
Preliminary Prepare and Balance CD (Closing Disclosures) and/or ALTA settlement statements accurately.
Comprehensive understanding of calculating tax prorations, pay offs, per diems & interest etc.
Obtain, analyze and organize all necessary documents needed to process closing packages.
Aptitude to balance workload while still providing exemplary customer service.
Able to build strong partnerships with local investors, lenders, realtors, attorneys, Auction companies, etc.
Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement and essential function of all positions.

Education and Experience:
Completion of a High School diploma
Minimum of 4 years experience in preprocessing
Minimum 4 year experience in Title/Escrow
Experience with Qualia
