Part-Time VA: Provider Onboarding & Customer Support (2 hrs/week)

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help our wellness service providers get set up on our platform, and to follow up with customers.

This is an ongoing, remote micro-role starting at 2 hours per week, with the opportunity for hours to increase as we grow. It is perfect for a freelancer or part-time worker looking to add a small, stable gig to their week.

What You Will Do

• Contact Providers: Call wellness providers via Dialpad to guide them through account setup and dashboard navigation.
• Contact Customers: Make follow-up calls to customers to check in on their bookings and resolve basic issues.
• Keep accurate notes on all interactions and follow up until the issue is fully resolved.
• Direct users to our FAQ page or AI support when appropriate.

Requirements

• Reliable internet and a quiet space for Dialpad calls.
• Clear, professional spoken English.
• Ability to follow processes and keep accurate records.
• Previous customer service, VA, or onboarding experience is a plus.

Schedule

• Ongoing role.
• Starting at 2 hours per week, flexible within Sydney time (AEST/AEDT).
