About the Role:
The Remote Community Association Manager manages assigned community associations and serves as a key point of coordination among Board members, Community Association Managers (CAMs), vendors, and other stakeholders. This role is responsible for maintaining organized association operations, tracking requests and action items, and ensuring timely communication and follow-through.
The ideal candidate has strong written communication, meticulous follow-through, and excellent time management skills. They must be able to manage competing priorities across multiple associations, stay organized, and quickly learn industry-specific software and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned community associations and coordinate day-to-day association needs
- Coordinate communication among Board members, CAMs, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Track ACC requests, work orders, violations, invoices, and action items in CINC
- Monitor outstanding items and ensure appropriate follow-up through completion
- Prepare Board packets, reports, notices, and association records accurately and on schedule
- Maintain organized and accurate association documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with Boards, vendors, CAMs, and other stakeholders
- Prioritize and manage multiple association-related tasks and deadlines
- Provide support to other CAMs as needed
- Spend approximately 25–50% of each shift handling phone-based communication

Work Schedule & Environment:
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Occasional evening hours until 8:00 PM EST
- Remote work environment
- Community association management role involving regular communication with Boards, CAMs, vendors, and other stakeholders
