Position Description:

Wonder Math is looking for a head of customer service and retention to lead customer service, customer retention, curriculum development & teacher staffing. In this role, you will be innovative as well as task oriented. You will work closely with our teachers and customers, making sure our classes are staffed and families are happy. You will help ensure customer satisfaction and retention and report back to the larger team on how we can improve our processes, product and operations. Additionally, you will help devise strategies and customer outreach efforts as well as conduct the outreach efforts. You will take a positive and proactive approach looking for ways to better support our teachers, uplevel our product and connect with customers. Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will be an organizational leader

A successful employee will have a passion and understanding for the elementary and middle school education environment (both traditional and homeschool). They will have an enthusiasm for making connections and finding ways to deepen relationships with customers and parents. They will also be metrics driven and motivated to track and improve their performance and outcomes.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Teaching, curriculum development, customer service, sales experiences of at least 5 years +
Background in education is a plus, but not required
Ability to be focused and dedicated in a remote work environment.
Comfort with customer interactions, teacher oversight, project management and problem solving
Metrics-driven, detail and outcomes oriented
Comp will be base salary plus potential for equity
Passion for elementary school math education opportunities
