Looking for Data Annotator: 2+ yrs experience in software developing

We are looking for data annotators with a background in software engineering to help us improve AI coding agents.

We're working on training AI models to become better at coding and problem-solving, and we need people who can review and evaluate their responses. Your main responsibility will be to assess the answers generated by AI coding agents, identify mistakes, and provide clear feedback that can be used to improve their performance.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of coding or software development experience. Good command of English(B2+). Good understanding of programming concepts and problem-solving. Strong logical thinking and reasoning skills. Experience with Python is preferred, but developers familiar with other programming languages are also welcome. Ability to review code, identify issues, and explain your reasoning clearly.

Application Process:

First, you'll complete a coding assessment to demonstrate your programming knowledge and reasoning skills. The assessment includes different coding problems and response evaluations to see how well you can identify errors and guide an AI coding agent toward better solutions. If you pass the assessment, you'll move on to a technical interview after completing identity verification. At this point, you will receive the survey paper to be filled.
