Legacy Crashpads specializes in fully furnished mid-term rental (MTR) housing, serving professionals, agencies, and organizations needing quality housing. We're transitioning part of our portfolio from traditional MTRs into Corporate Leases, Master Leases, and Agency/Non-Profit Housing partnerships, and this role is critical to that transition.
The Leasing Assistant & Property Management Coordinator supports leasing, operations, vendor coordination, and tenant/guest experience across our internal portfolio. This role blends leasing, property operations, sales support, and guest/tenant services, with a strong emphasis on corporate clients, non-profits, and agencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leasing & Sales Support: support leasing for corporate/master lease/non-profit/agency partners; handle inbound/outbound leasing inquiries; coordinate showings; prepare lease documentation and onboarding paperwork; track leads/leases/renewals in our CRM/PMS; assist transitioning units from MTR to corporate/master lease use; maintain accurate pipelines and availability reports.
Property Operations & Portfolio Support: oversee day-to-day operations for assigned properties; ensure units are rent-ready and compliant; coordinate turnovers, inspections, move-ins/move-outs; manage utilities, amenities, and operational checklists; maintain property records and SOPs.
Vendor Management: coordinate cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, and utility vendors; submit and track work orders; ensure SLAs are met; onboard new vendors; monitor recurring services and control costs.
Guest & Tenant Services: primary point of contact for guests/tenants; manage pre-move-in through post-move-out communication; resolve service requests and escalations professionally; document communications and resolutions.
Project Support: support MTR-to-corporate-lease conversions, master lease implementation, and non-profit/agency housing partnerships; assist with process improvements and SOP development.
