Job Description — Remote Lead Research & Qualification Specialist

Location: Remote (Philippines) · Reports to: General Manager / Sales Manager
Type: Full-time, fixed monthly salary
Working hours: Aligned to Saudi business hours (Sun–Thu, ~9:00–18:00 KSA / 14:00–23:00 PH)

Purpose of the role

Find, verify and pre-qualify businesses that are opening, relocating or renovating commercial spaces in Saudi Arabia (restaurants, cafés, retail, offices) — and deliver clean, ready-to-contact opportunities to our Riyadh sales team every day.

What you'll do every day
Research: monitor opening signals — new restaurant/café/retail announcements, franchise expansion news, mall tenant activity, commercial licenses, hiring posts ("store opening manager," "restaurant supervisor"), Instagram/TikTok "opening soon" accounts, Google Maps new listings
Build & enrich lead lists: company/brand name, location, decision-maker name, phone, email, LinkedIn, Instagram — verified, not guessed
Digital outreach (English): first-touch messages via LinkedIn and email to brands, franchises and corporate prospects; hand responses to the Riyadh team
Pre-qualify: confirm the signal is real (location confirmed? opening announced? who decides?) before it enters the pipeline
CRM ownership: enter and update everything in Zoho same-day — clean, complete, deduplicated
Daily handover: a short end-of-day summary of new leads and responses for the Riyadh team's morning
What "good" looks like (KPIs)
10–15 new verified leads per day entered in Zoho (complete records, no duplicates)
3–5 pre-qualified opportunities per week (real signal + decision-maker identified + contact verified)
English outreach: 20+ personalized messages/day, responses handed over within 1 hour
CRM accuracy: 100% — if it's not in Zoho, it didn't happen
Requirements
1–3 years in lead generation, virtual assistance (sales-focused), or SDR support for overseas clients
Excellent written English; strong internet research skills (LinkedIn, Google Maps, Instagram, news)
Experience with a CRM (Zoho a plus) and spreadsheets
Self-managed, reliable, comfortable working KSA hours from home with stable internet
Interest in construction/interiors/F&B is a plus — we'll teach you the industry
