About the Role
Leads come to you. Your job is to get on the phone, understand what they need, and close the deal. Expect around 5-10 calls an hour, so this is a conversation-focused role rather than a dial-all-day grind.
Follow-up is what separates good from great here. You’ll be expected to stay on top of every lead until they either say yes or give a clear no.
What We’re Looking For
- Some phone sales or cold calling background (6+ months is a plus)
- Natural, confident English that works well with U.S. callers
- Calm under pushback, with a knack for handling objections and closing
- A hungry, consistent mindset and a drive to keep getting better
Compensation
Typically $5,000–$10,000/month
