Hiring: Part-Time Outbound Callers

Lykios is looking for fluent English speakers to make outbound calls to dog breeders and small businesses across the US, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

The role involves introducing our service, having friendly conversations with business owners, and offering free demos to interested prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls using provided contact lists
• Introduce our service and schedule free demos
• Record responses and follow up with interested prospects

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English and clear pronunciation
• Friendly, confident, and natural communication skills
• Cold calling or BPO experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time: 3 hours/day, Monday–Friday
• Flexible hours during US or international business hours
• Starting at $6.50 USD/hour
• Higher pay for candidates with exceptional English communication skills
• Additional hours available based on performance
• Weekly payments

We provide training, contact lists, and an AI-assisted calling system. No research or lead generation required.
