Full Cycle Accounting For Multiple Companies

We are a California-based business management company that helps business owners with comprehensive back-office support. We operate Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

The Role:
You will support day-to-day business operations across Accounting, Payroll, Compliance, and general office administration. Work is fast-paced with frequent multi-tasking and varied tasks. Accuracy is essential, ownership of outcomes (including when things go wrong) is expected, and creative problem-solving is a daily requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks (data entry, categorization, reconciliations, reporting)
Payroll processing/support and related administration
Business compliance administrative support
General back-office and administrative duties as needed

Requirements:
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks (required)
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Professional written and verbal English communication skills (email and phone)
Prior business or bookkeeping/payroll experience
Adequate business equipment including Windows computer, more than one screen/monitor, and a reliable printer
Reliable internet, ability to work Pacific Time hours, high attention to detail, and a proactive, responsible mindset

Compensation & Logistics
Competitive hourly rate based on experience. We pay weekly via Wise. This is a remote independent contractor role.
