Job overview

Product / UI Designer (Figma) for a B2B SaaS web and dashboard
Remote, Philippines-based, contract. Hours with at least 3 hours of overlap with Central
European Time.

About the product
ZadQ (operated by Conectia) is an accountability attestation service for
AI-agent commerce. Vendors who sell to AI agents get attested; buyers verify the
attestation for free. Two surfaces exist today and are live:

- contactinfohSign in to view contact info.: the public marketing site and the developer documentation. It ships as pure
HTML and CSS, prerendered, with no JavaScript. Pages: home, plans, agents, what happens
next, FAQ, glossary, about, trust, press kit, legal pages, docs.
- contactinfohSign in to view contact info.: the customer dashboard. Account creation and sign-in with passkeys, identity
verification with a consent step, the seller's status, verdict, attestation, billing and
notifications, and the agent operator's enrolments (code and QR), approvals inbox,
agents, billing and activity.

Both surfaces are built. Your job is to raise their visual and interaction quality within
the existing brand, not to rebrand.

What you will do
- Build a Figma component library that mirrors the existing design tokens: the four-colour
palette (deep ink, blue purple, lavender, ivory), the Urbanist typeface, the existing
spacing and radius scale, light and dark contexts.
- Redesign the key screens of both surfaces at two breakpoints (390 px phone, 1280 px
desktop): entry and account flows, the verification and consent step, the dashboard pages
above, the marketing home, plans and docs layouts.
- Design every state of a screen: empty, loading, pending, success, refusal, unreachable.
Each state sentence already exists; you design around it.
- Produce clickable prototypes for the three main journeys (vendor registration,
agent-operator enrolment and approval, buyer verification on the site).
- Deliver developer hand-off: redlines, token names, component specs, exported assets.
Developers implement in CSS variables, so your specs must map to tokens, not to loose hex
values.
- Review implemented screens against your designs and log the differences.

Constraints you must respect
- The brand marks (seal and logotype) are fixed vector assets and are never redrawn.
- Colour rules: text only in ink, ivory or white; lavender never as text on light
backgrounds; blue purple never on dark fields.
- The marketing site has no JavaScript: no carousels, no animated components, no
client-side interactivity. Design for what HTML and CSS can do.
- One question per screen, one primary action per screen. Menu labels, buttons and copy
follow a written style guide you will receive; you do not rewrite copy.
- No third-party logos, no testimonials, no invented metrics or customer counts anywhere in
