Experienced Davinci Resolve Video Editor

About the Role

We’re looking for a freelance video editor who knows how to turn footage into a compelling story. This role is focused on creating polished brand films with a documentary feel similar to Netflix-style storytelling.

Projects typically run 3–10 minutes and require strong pacing, structure, and storytelling.

What You’ll Work On:
- Edit approximately 1–2 brand film projects per month.
- Turn raw footage into engaging, story-driven videos.
- Deliver each completed project within a one-week turnaround.
- Work remotely with project files shared through Dropbox.
- Complete all editing using DaVinci Resolve.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong natural storytelling and editing instincts.
- Previous experience with documentary-style or YouTube video editing.
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve.
- Good sense of pacing, flow, and visual storytelling.
- Reliable communication throughout each project.
- Consistently meets agreed deadlines.
- Able to work independently in a remote freelance setup.

Compensation:
- $7/hour
- Paid on a per-project basis, based on the agreed number of editing hours.
