Event Ops Associate (Remote) — Sponsor & Partner Ops

A growing US company in live events and brand partnerships is hiring a remote Event Ops Associate who can actually own the work.

This is not a passive inbox job. You will:
- Independently reply to sponsor inquiries, negotiation threads, and partner emails with strong judgment
- Track event and sponsorship details meticulously so nothing slips
- Keep checklists, timelines, and follow-ups moving without waiting on every message from the founder
- Write clear business English that partners trust

Pay: up to $5/hour USD
Hours: 15–25 per week (about 20 typical)
Preferred overlap: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM Eastern Time
Paid trial: about 3 hours for shortlisted candidates
After trial: lane may fork toward event coordinating or sponsorship coordinating

Must-haves:
- Fast, careful attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking
- Fluent written and spoken English (calls and meetings with partners and the team)
- Comfortable with email and checklists
- Able to work independently as a remote VA
- No technical or design skill required
