E commerce Webmaster

Part-Time E-Commerce Webmaster – 4 Hours Per Day

We are looking for a keen, experienced and reliable E-Commerce Webmaster to join our growing online business on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience managing and improving e-commerce websites who can work independently, identify opportunities, fix problems quickly and help increase online sales.

The position is for 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of additional hours as the business grows.

Main Responsibilities
Manage and maintain our e-commerce websites on a daily basis.
Add and update products, prices, images, categories and product descriptions.
Manage WooCommerce and WordPress websites.
Improve website layout, navigation and customer experience.
Check websites for errors, broken links and technical issues.
Improve page speed and general website performance.
Carry out on-page SEO optimisation.
Optimise product pages for Google and AI search visibility.
Upload and optimise product images.
Manage website banners, offers and promotional content.
Help maintain Google Merchant Center product feeds.
Assist with Google Shopping and website tracking where required.
Monitor website performance, traffic and conversions.
Make recommendations to improve sales and conversion rates.
Ensure websites work correctly on desktop, tablet and mobile.
Install, update and manage WordPress plugins where required.
Troubleshoot WooCommerce, checkout and website problems.
Help create landing pages for new products and marketing campaigns.
Skills & Experience Required

We are looking for someone who has proven experience with:

WordPress
WooCommerce
E-commerce website management
Product uploading and management
SEO
Google Search Console
Google Analytics
Google Merchant Center
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Image optimisation
Website speed optimisation
Conversion rate optimisation
Website troubleshooting

Experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, product feeds, Canva, Photoshop or other e-commerce platforms would be an advantage.
