Job overview

Digital Marketing & Website Coordinator

Remote – Philippines | Part-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

We are an Australian disability and healthcare organisation looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Website Coordinator to take responsibility for our digital marketing, website updates and online lead generation.

This is not a general Virtual Assistant role.

We are looking for someone who can actively manage our website and digital marketing, identify opportunities, recommend improvements and help us generate genuine enquiries for our services.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Website Management

You will help manage and improve our WordPress website, including:

  • Updating website content, images and service information
  • Adding and updating accommodation vacancies
  • Updating SDA, SIL, STA and other service pages
  • Creating and improving landing pages
  • Uploading blogs, news and marketing content
  • Making basic design and layout changes
  • Checking that enquiry and referral forms are working correctly
  • Ensuring pages display properly on desktop and mobile
  • Updating page titles, meta descriptions and basic SEO
  • Improving website navigation and user experience
  • Identifying outdated content or pages that need improvement
  • Coordinating larger technical website changes where required

Digital Advertising

You will be responsible for helping us generate genuine enquiries through digital advertising.

This includes:

  • Creating and managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
  • Managing Meta Ads Manager
  • Creating lead-generation campaigns
  • Developing audiences and retargeting campaigns
  • Monitoring campaign performance
  • Testing different advertisements, audiences and messaging
  • Tracking leads and enquiries
  • Monitoring cost per lead
  • Recommending improvements to campaign performance
  • Assisting with Google Ads where appropriate

Social Media & Content

You will also assist with:

  • Creating social media content
  • Designing graphics in Canva
  • Creating short-form videos and reels
  • Writing captions and marketing copy
  • Scheduling Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn content
  • Promoting accommodation vacancies, services, events and organisational updates
  • Developing content aimed at participants, families, Support Coordinators, OTs, health professionals and referral partners

What We Are Looking For

You should have demonstrated experience in:

  • WordPress
  • Elementor or similar page builders
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Facebook and Instagram advertising
  • Canva
  • Social media management
  • Lead-generation campaigns
  • Basic SEO
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Copywriting
  • Basic video editing

Experience with Google Ads is highly desirable.

Experience working with an Australian business is also highly desirable.

Experience in healthcare, disability, NDIS, aged care, allied health, property or another service-based business would be an advantage.

The Type of Person We Want

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Proactive
  • Reliable
  • Organised
  • Creative
  • Commercially minded
  • Confident making recommendations
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Able to manage multiple marketing priorities
  • Focused on generating enquiries and business growth

We do not want someone who simply waits for instructions.

We want someone who can look at our website and marketing and say:

“This page needs improving.”

“We should advertise this service.”

“This vacancy needs a landing page.”

“This campaign is costing too much per lead.”

“This content could perform better.”

And then help us implement the solution.

Hours

Initially approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours depending on performance and business needs.
