Customer Experience Champion / Virtual Assistant (Pest Control)

Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)
Work Hours: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Pacific Time
Schedule: Rotating shifts, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM PT, may include weekends
Rate: $6/hour

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
You'll be one of the friendly voices behind A&A Pest Control, helping customers find solutions, coordinating services, answering questions, and making sure every interaction feels great. You'll work closely with a US-based team and learn more about bugs, rodents, and pest control than you probably expected to!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
Previous experience handling inbound/outbound customer calls
A genuine love of helping customers and solving problems
Friendly, positive, energetic, professional communication style
Strong computer, typing, and data-entry skills
Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Reliable, consistent, and punctual
Team-first attitude
Pest Control and PestPac experience is a big plus — moves you to the top of the list!

REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS:

Reliable high-speed internet, at least 150 Mbps
Reliable laptop/computer and two monitors
Quality noise-canceling headset
Dedicated, quiet, distraction-free workspace
Child/dependent care arranged separately from working hours
